PRICES AND VAT

Prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are charged to the customer if the minimum cost of € 250.00 is not exceeded.

MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER

It is possible to modify or cancel an order within the first 48 hours after the purchase, by contacting the Customer service at [email protected] or by calling +39 0583 493179, from Tuesday to Friday from 15:30 to 18:30 . It will no longer be possible to modify or cancel an order if the order has already been shipped and the reference number has been released.

DELIVERY

Orders placed on www.chiocchetti1896.com can only be delivered in Italy.
Standard delivery: the products will be delivered within 6-8 working days from the order confirmation date. Upon delivery, the signature of an adult is required. The customer authorizes anyone at the address indicated to receive the product upon delivery.

TRACK THE ORDER

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT

You can return the order to our Boutique within 5 days from the date of purchase to exchange it or to obtain a voucher. Furthermore, it is possible to proceed with a return request by post by contacting our Customer Service at the address: [email protected] indicating your name, address and order number.

In case of return or exchange of a piece, please check the following steps:

Make sure your return or exchange meets the conditions below:
all returns must include the purchase receipt and must be returned in the original packaging. Place the precious you want to return in the original packaging. Place the package in a shipping box together with the complete return form and the purchase receipt. Make sure the box is sealed and well protected from shocks due to moving.
